LulunaPrincessa ▪ Moonshine

“Shiny like diamonds, soft like a fur, and easy to wear! This one is perfect for your little Princesses and Princes.”

This is how Luluna presented Princessa Moonshine when they released this grey beauty in August 2018. And on Wraptrack, the wraptracker’s definitely seem to agree. Princessa Moonshine has been rated super moldable, beginner-friendly with no breaking in needed and all in all PERFECT for newborns.

Princessa Moonshine is 250 gsm, 60% combed cotton and 40% micro tencel, and if you love the subtle and elegant Princessa-pattern, you shouldn’t wait too long, as Luluna has revealed that no more Princessa-wraps will be released.

LinuschkaOwls ▪ Malia

It was in early 2018 that a Danish mom, Michelle, announced her idea for a new Linuschka semi custom. It was an idea that immediately had a lot of support and a couple of months later Linuschka Owls Malia, named after Michelle's daughter, was a reality.

Malia is a thick and fluffy silk wrap consisting of both japanese silk and tussah silk. It's grippy and textured yet moldable, and above all it has been rated to be simply brilliant for toddlers.

KAPUALOVESWAY BIG ▪ Tag Am Meer

Tag Am Meer is clearly designed for summer. In the release information KAPUALOVE writes: “Simply a dreamy summer wrap for babies to toddlers!” And even the name: Tag Am Meer, which translates to “a day at the sea”, together with the clear turquoise colours of the wrap, is bound to lead the thoughts towards summertime at the beach.

On Wraptrack the wraptrackers agree that Tag Am Meer is great for summer. This linen beauty has been rated to be an easycare wrap, full of grip and cush, that will carry both babies and toddlers through summer’s heat with ease.

Tag Am Meer is 280 gsm, 29% linen and 71% kbA-cotton.

KAPUALOVESWAY ▪ Wonderwall

Wonderwall is an easycare merino wrap - due to TEC (totally easycare) treated merino fibres the wrap can be dried in on gentle program in the dryer. On Wraptrack it’s been rated to be a quite thick wrap - very fluffy and grippy, suitable for toddlers, and above all super for winter-use.

If you’re curious about the name “Wonderwall,” this wrap has been named so, since KAPUALOVE names all their wraps after songs. At Wraptrack we imagine, that owners of Wonderwall, when heading outside in snow and cold weather, will grab this woolen beauty and sing for themselves: “I said maybe, you're gonna be the one that saves me! And after all, you're my wonderwall...”

SolnceMoons ▪ Sea of Clouds

Solnce Moons Sea of Clouds is the only double-winner in this year’s award! Sea of Clouds is a near-mono group custom in Solnce’s cloudberry weave. The idea for the wrap came from two mamas, Britney Morningstar Grube and Elin Svensson, who dreamt about monochrome dark grey moons. However as the process started, the group worked together as a team on all aspects of the wrap, and together the group decided to deviate at bit from the original strictly monocrome idea and let teal enter as a subtle color in the design.

Sea of Clouds has been rated to be a medium-thick, super moldable, super beginner-friendly wrap with a lot of cush and almost no breaking in. It’s 320 gsm, 35% bourette silk, 6% seaweed, 14% supima cotton and 45% Egyptian cotton.

KAPUALOVETWISTER ▪ With Arms Wide Open

When KAPUALOVE released their new raspberry coloured wrap last spring they wrote: "Our beloved double weave in a thinner quality." However according to the users on Wraptrack this wrap, with its 330 gsm merino and ramie, is anything but thin. It has been rated to be thick, fluffy, not the best option for newborns, but great for toddlers and above all SUPER cushy.

With Arms Wide Open has got its name from a Creed song, which has perfect matching lyrics: "With arms wide open, Under the sunlight, Welcome to this place, I'll show you everything, With arms wide open."

With Arms Wide Open is 330 gsm, 74% organic cotton, 16% superwash merino and 10% ramie.

KAPUALOVEMUTTERLIEBE ▪ Papaya

"Doesn't look like it, doesn't taste like it, but is still called Papaya," is how KAPUALOVE presents this tri-colour wrap. And even though it doesn't taste of papaya, you might still want to take a bite of it, as Papaya is 100% organic cotton. The wrap is weaved in a thick doubleweave which has been rated to be very cushy, very toddler-worthy, great for winter and very fluffy.

YaroChrys ▪ Puffy Aqua Natural Hemp

"The wrap is heavy and thick in hand, wraps forgivingly and has an amazing grip. Perfect to hold your wrapjob in place, even on those long hour walks." This is how Yaro Slings presented their new Chrys release last spring. Correspondingly, on Wraptrack Puffy Aqua Natural Hemp has been rated SUPER grippy and very toddler-worthy. Clearly this is not a wrap for newborns, nor for beginners, but as Yaro writes it, for "long hour walks".

Puffy Aqua Natural Hemp is 400 gsm, 75% cotton and 25% hemp.
